Seaver Hall North Science Building

The 50,000 square foot Seaver Hall North Science Building is the second phase of Pomona College's science precinct expansion. Building infrastructure upgrades included construction of a new central plant to provide HVAC capacity, upgraded electrical service and distribution equipment, and construction of poured-in-place shear walls and foundations.

Tenant improvements included new Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, General Chemistry, and Advanced Computation Labs. These, along with eight Research Laboratories, Faculty Offices & Conference spaces, and Radiochemistry Laboratories allow the Chemistry Department at Pomona College to expand its already renowned teaching and research program.
